We are a small voluntary organisation with a limited ICT budget and no staff member with specialist knowledge. We used Oakland to design and install our new server based network in 2005 and have been very pleased with the service we have received from them since through our support contract. We have made regular use of their helpline and their remote and on-site support have been responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They appear to understand the ICT issues which arise for an organisation of our type and are willing to help us look at ways of solving problems and think about future options as well as ‘fixing things’. They also engage helpfully with any member of the staff group with an ICT issue, not just with the person with the designated responsibility for ICT management.
