Two types of support: “Pay as U go” and “Contract Support”

Our “Pay as U go” support is for customers who wish to pay only when they need our assistance by calling us for telephone support or request for an onsite visit based on our normal hourly rate.

Our various levels of support is geared to provide flexibility. It can include some or all of the below options:

Monthly Server Health Check

Server problems can often be prevented by observing server performance and usage trends. Our regular check on servers include disk space usage, ensure backup function is working, virus updates, O/S updates, performance and security logs. We would be responsible for remotely resolving any issues we find during these checks.

Network Management

We manage all your issues on your behalf, with your E-mail and Internet service providers. Often Internet connectivity, Internet Security, E-mail issues can be problematic.

Telephone and remote support

We have the ability to resolve most technical issues by securely accessing client workstations servers and other network devices via Internet web portal. Our clients enjoy the speed at which their issues are resolved without have to wait for the engineer to visit the site.

Hardware support

We can offer hardware maintenance support for desktop and server estate or just the business critical hardware. Our hardware support offers various levels of “break / fix” conditions.
