Oakland describes its team as experienced, approachable and happy to help. Clients can contact its helpdesk by phone or through the support ticketing system; many issues can be handled remotely, with onsite help when needed.
UK offices, worldwide reach
Oakland has offices in Sutton and Croydon. Remote support lets the team assist clients well beyond those locations. Standard UK office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, excluding public holidays.
